Do you want to work in a central and varied administrative role where you can combine service, structure, and responsibility? Fastighets AB Hushagen in Borlänge is now looking for a committed and service-oriented Rental Administrator who will be an important player in our continued development.
About the positionAs a Rental Administrator at Fastighets AB Hushagen, you will have a broad and significant role where you work closely with tenants, property managers, and other colleagues to ensure that our administrative processes run smoothly. You will be responsible for sending out and administering rents, handling invoices, and will support the reception at Dalarna Science Park as needed. Additionally, the role includes preparing presentations and various types of documentation, assisting the organization with extracts from registers, and managing contracts and other documentation. This role is suitable for you who thrive on variety, responsibility, and having many points of contact. The position is part-time at 75-100%.
Your profileWe are looking for someone who is social, communicative, and enjoys an administrative role where you can create structure and order. You have an organized work style, work meticulously, and find it easy to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are also driven and engaged and have good system skills. We believe you have an interest in sales and marketing. It is advantageous if you have an education in economics or marketing and an interest in development and improvement work. Previous experience in similar tasks is a plus, but the most important thing is that you are curious, responsible, and want to contribute to the success of the organization.
